Responsibilities
- Manage several 360-degree recruitment mandates simultaneously, from defining the need to signing the offer.
- Design and execute targeted and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage niche talent (Research Developers, Machine Learning Researchers, AI Safety Experts, etc.).
- Approach, activate, and support passive candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop comprehensive research plans: profile targeting, market mapping (local and international), competitive analysis, and creation of specialized talent pools.
- Contribute to market monitoring and talent positioning in the AI and technological markets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, researchers, and technical leadership to clarify needs, prioritize roles, and define target profiles.
- Manage the complete offer process: preparation, negotiation, presentation, and closing.
- Offer a consistent, smooth candidate experience tailored to the level of expertise of the profiles encountered.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with internal teams (HR, compensation, engagement, accessibility) to optimize recruitment practices and tools.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years experience recruiting technical profiles, combined with a strong understanding of the language and challenges specific to AI research.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Comfortable evolving in a fast-paced (startup), rapidly transforming environment with grey areas and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication, in both French and English, to support our international operations and collaborations.
