What You'll Drive Structural Design & Analysis Lead the structural design and technical development of permanent and temporary works packages across a diverse portfolio of projects including marine structures, buildings, stadiums, industrial facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, and infrastructure works. Evaluate complex engineering challenges and propose innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions suitable for construction. Design & Build Engineering Support Design & Build projects by integrating engineering solutions with construction methodologies, sequencing requirements, and project constraints. Collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project execution strategies. Provide engineering support during tendering and project execution phases, including design planning, quantity assessments, technical risk reviews, value engineering, and constructability studies. Coordination & Technical Leadership Coordinate with project teams, consultants, architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient delivery of design packages. Participate in and lead technical meetings, presenting engineering solutions and communicating key design considerations to stakeholders. Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the department. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, design standards, and technical best practices.
