PCIC Manager - 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development : Lead, mentor, and support the production control and inventory control teams to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, tracking, and accuracy to ensure materials are available for production while minimizing waste. Reviews and approves daily cycle counts of raw material and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement production schedules that align with demand forecasts and operational capabilities.
• Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
