Responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals administered by the Territory Field Marketing Manager Role Description and Expectations - Engage customers to generate and qualify leads - Initiate conversations to build interest and brand awareness - Capture accurate customer information and set appointments - Represent the brand at retail stores and events - Set up and maintain booths and in-store displays - Maintain a professional, branded presence - Act as a brand ambassador delivering clear messaging - Provide excellent customer experiences - Accurately document leads and track daily performance - Follow processes, procedures, and company compliance standards - Effectively Communicate with the Field Marketing Manager - Adhere to assigned schedules, maintain punctuality, and meet all location coverage requirements
