Requirements
Higher education or final year student (preferred fields of study: Marketing, Management, Economics or related disciplines),
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools,
Min. B1 proficiency in English, C1 proficiency in Polish,
Effective planning and organization of own work,
Self-motivated, proactive, confident and a strong team-player,
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and information.

Job Description
Assisting the sales team in preparing offers, contracts, and presentations for clients
creation and maintenance of product databases,
Preparing sales reports and analyses (e.g., monthly sales summaries, campaign results, customer overviews). regular contact with customers,
tracking and reporting on-project progress,
Coordinating with internal departments (such as logistics and marketing) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. supporting the sales department in daily administrative and organizational duties
Managing operational tasks related to product repacking,
Preparing and approving product labels to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements,
Creating clear and detailed repacking briefs and instructions for the warehouse team,
