Responsibilities

  • Contribute to portfolio performance (revenue, margin, mix) through product strategy and recommendations
  • Provide input to pricing and value logic in collaboration with Product Marketing and regional teams
  • Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions where products underperform
  • Cross-functional Leadership & Alignment
  • Act as key link between R&D, Product Marketing, and Regional Product Managers
  • Provide clear product frameworks to support go-to-market execution
  • Align stakeholders in a matrix organization without direct authority
  • Support critical topics and strategic gaps when required

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
  • A Master's degree or MBA is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing complex product categories, strategic growth projects, or technical business initiatives within international, multi-site environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable commercial results such as revenue growth, margin improvement, market share gain, or cost reduction.
  • Extensive experience in a technical field , product segment, product family, system solution, or project-related business.
  • Demonstrated experience in business case development, financial modeling, and managing significant project or development budgets.
  • Experience in the Heating & Cooling , HIU / apartment station, prefabrication, or installation systems industry is a significant advantage.
