Senior BI Analyst

About the role

As a senior member of our Business Intelligence (BI) team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how data and reporting are used across the organisation. You'll help ensure that high-quality, accessible information is at the heart of decision-making, enabling teams to act with confidence and clarity. This is a highly visible role where your technical expertise in Power BI will be combined with strong stakeholder engagement skills . You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to rapidly understand their needs, translate them into clear reporting solutions, and deliver intuitive dashboards and insights that add real value. Working collaboratively, you'll work with stakeholders to ensure outputs are practical, accurate, and fit for purpose. You'll also support and mentor analysts within the team, helping to drive consistency and best practice across reporting. As a trusted BI expert, you'll build strong relationships across the organisation, ensuring teams have the data insights they need to make informed decisions. You'll act as a go-to specialist for resolving issues and driving improvements in our BI environment, and step in to support leadership when required.
