This role focuses on: Portfolio performance, risk management, and client outcomes, Coaching and enabling consultants Driving consistency, quality, and scalability of delivery, Acting as a bridge between Consulting, Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success. The Lead Consultant does not replace the delivery role of the Business or Senior Consultant but amplifies it by providing structure, foresight, governance, and escalation support across the consulting ecosystem.
