Responsibilities
Oversee agency Chief Growth Officer schedule (and plan logistics including calls, select e-mail/text correspondence, travel, IT needs, other admin tasks)
Schedule standing weekly & monthly meetings with key stakeholders
Prepare and secure monthly reports as directed
Prepare materials as needed for meetings, presentations, etc. in advance to ensure leader is prepared with proper context
Schedule, support and organize agenda for new business weekly sales calls and new business development
Research business/marketing strategy of upcoming agency prospects
Research potential prospects in targeted/defined growth categories
Build decks for sales presentations and work with internal creative team as needed
Handle all work-flow follow-up on internal/external activity as directed
Develop and maintains a contact database
Maintain a positive work environment for employees as a team player
Photocopying, distribution, filing, ordering offices supplies, faxing/mailing correspondence or packages, or other services . Knowledge of various mailing and overnight companies helpful .
Arrange catering needs for client meetings
Perform other general administrative/project management duties as assigned
Support agency growth strategy/initiative efforts as directed

Extremely organized and detail oriented while working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
Great interpersonal skills; proactive, flexible and a strong decision-making ability
Ability to take initiative and prioritize workload
A strong writer/editor of internal and external correspondence
Preferred Skills & Experience
BA/BS or 3 - 5 years of equivalent administrative assistant experience for a senior-level executive
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with a pro ven track record of creating PowerPoint presentations
Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Internet and pop culture/sports savvy
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
Proactive, flexible and a strong decision making ability
Strong phone skills
