6-8 years of experience in corporate communications, digital content, or related fields
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred

Strong writing and editorial skills in English and Chinese
Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging content
Experience managing corporate social media programmes (preferably LinkedIn)
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior stakeholders

This role leads Prudential Hong Kong's corporate content and digital communications, positioning the company's narrative across LinkedIn and owned channels to strengthen reputation, leadership visibility, and stakeholder understanding.
This role is responsible for leading Prudential Hong Kong's corporate content and digital communications, with a focus on LinkedIn and owned channels.
The role operates as a central content engine, translating corporate priorities and narratives into clear, engaging, and consistent content to support reputation, leadership visibility, and stakeholder understanding.
Working closely with the Director, Corporate Communications and team members, the role ensures alignment across content, channels, and corporate positioning.
Job Responsibilities
1. Content strategy & editorial direction
Develop and manage a forward-looking content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with corporate priorities
Translate business developments into clear, audience-relevant narratives and storylines
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across all content
2. LinkedIn & digital content programme
Own Prudential Hong Kong's corporate LinkedIn end-to-end, including: content planning
drafting and editing
publishing workflow
Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality, corporate content aligned with Prudential's positioning
Continuously refine formats (e.g. posts, carousels, short-form video) to improve engagement
3. Content engine & reuse
Build and manage a central content pipeline to maximise reuse across channels e.g. bylines, media materials, events, leadership messaging
Identify opportunities to extend and adapt content for different audiences and platforms
4. Executive communications (LinkedIn)
Support development of executive LinkedIn presence on key corporate developments
Provide content ideation and drafting support (where appropriate)
Ensure alignment with corporate narrative and tone
5. Corporate content assets
Lead development and maintenance of key corporate content assets , including: corporate videos
fact sheets
employee stories
evergreen brand materials
Ensure content remains up to date and aligned with corporate positioning
6. Agency & production management
Manage digital / creative agencies to deliver high-quality content outputs
Provide clear briefs, direction, and quality control
7. Awards & corporate storytelling
Act as central liaison for awards submissions and related communications
Develop clear and credible narratives to support submissions
Ensure alignment with overall corporate positioning
8. Performance tracking & optimisation
Monitor content performance (e.g. engagement, reach, resonance)
Generate insights to improve content effectiveness
Refine content strategy based on performance data
9. Internal communications
Ensure alignment between external content and internal channels
Manage intranet for article posting
