Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Review medication orders and prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, safety, and compliance with clinical standards.

  • Assign, supervise, and review the work of pharmacy assistants and technicians, where applicable.
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement projects and administrative duties as required.
  • Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational needs.

Requirements

  • Degree or post‑graduate degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
  • Demonstrated clinical competency in hospital or healthcare pharmacy practice.
  • Clinical pharmacy experience is required; a minimum of 5 years of experience is an added advantage for senior‑level responsibilities.
  • Candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome and will be considered for an appropriate role scope.
  • Interest or experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is an added advantage.
  • Experience in developing clinical services, education programmes, or quality improvement initiatives is an added advantage.
