Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Review medication orders and prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, safety, and compliance with clinical standards.

Requirements
- Degree or post‑graduate degree in Pharmacy.
- Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Demonstrated clinical competency in hospital or healthcare pharmacy practice.
- Clinical pharmacy experience is required; a minimum of 5 years of experience is an added advantage for senior‑level responsibilities.
- Candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome and will be considered for an appropriate role scope.
- Interest or experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is an added advantage.
- Experience in developing clinical services, education programmes, or quality improvement initiatives is an added advantage.
