Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
5+ years of experience in production planning and inventory control in a heavy manufacturing environment (preferably power generation, electrical equipment, or industrial machinery).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations,
1-2 years of hands-on experience with PFEP implementation or maintenance is highly beneficial. This includes:
Building and managing PFEP databases
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, logistics)
Using PFEP to drive lean initiatives and material flow optimization
Strong experience with SAP ERP/MRP systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, just-in-time (JIT), and demand-driven planning principles.
