- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, logistics, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, cx, maintenance, or fleet services.
- Proven experience leading large-scale teams and high-volume operations .
- Strong background in operational strategy and execution .
- Experience driving digital transformation and/or AI initiatives .
- Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
- English fluency required
