Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required, master's degree preferred. Five (5) years of experience in a position in a finance, economic or accounting function required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Hiring Salary Range:
Level II: $77,400-$116,100 (2+ Years Relevant Experience)
Level III: $89,000-$133,500 (5+ Years Relevant Experience)

The Impact You'll Make in this role:
The Financial Analyst II or III - Transmission will lead complex financial analyses and support high-level strategic planning. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and significant experience in financial modeling and analysis.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management. Participate in and lead special projects and initiatives.
Conduct transmission rate analysis, and preparation of complex financial reports.
Develop sophisticated financial analysis and modeling.
Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning.
Complete MISO Attachment O/GG/MM processes.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and commercial commitments.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
