THE JOB Citizens Live at The Wylie is seeking Operations Crew Members to support venue setup, show-day logistics, and post-event breakdown. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is safe, functional, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest and artist experience. *Residents of the Greater Hill District and surrounding neighborhoods are encouraged to apply. We will host a hiring event for residents closer to the grand opening. Details will be announced as they become available. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Execute venue setup and breakdown, including barricade, bike rack, tables, signage, and equipment placement. Support backstage operational needs as directed. Assist with seating layouts and premium area configurations. Load, move, and store venue equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor venue conditions throughout the event and respond to operational needs. Support weather response protocols and safety procedures. Assist with post-show reset to prepare for the next event. Maintain equipment organization and storage areas. Follow all safety guidelines and communicate operational issues promptly. Assist with venue maintenance and repair tasks (ie. Painting, patching, replacing lights, etc) as needed. Support and collaborate with other departments to ensure all guest, crew, and artist needs are met. Interact positively with guests and be willing to assist with customer service needs as necessary. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Experience in event operations, stagehand work, or general labor preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to take direction. Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Clear communication skills and team-first mentality.
