Responsibilities

  • Safely handle, move, and store EV battery packs and components using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment

Requirements

  • Warehouse Operator I
  • High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or related experience
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scanning tools)
  • At least 6 months of experience operating a forklift or moving large materials
  • Ability to obtain hazardous materials certification
  • Warehouse Operator II
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or related experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse equipment, processes, and inventory systems
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe)
  • Experience with inventory tracking, shipping/receiving, and quality processes
  • Demonstrated understanding of warehouse safety practices and hazardous material handling
  • Ability to obtain and maintain hazardous materials certification
  • Sr. Warehouse Operator
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or related experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED and 3 years' experience.
  • Strong expertise in warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling
  • Forklift certification and advanced equipment operation experience
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Prior warehouse experience with knowledge of safety procedures
  • Associate degree or technical certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field
  • Experience in high-volume or regulated warehouse environments (automotive, EV, manufacturing)
