About the role
About Scriveiner Infinity Brands Limited owns Scriveiner, a multi-award-winning affordable luxury brand built on British design, precision engineering, and uncompromising quality. Scriveiner started with pens, and we are about to expand into gentlemen's accessories. Our awards include the King's Award for Enterprise and eight product design awards. We were named as the 30th fastest growing privately held company in the UK by the Sunday Times. We are founder-led, highly profitable, and growing fast. Amazon is our largest channel. We sell in all major global marketplaces. We are expanding our product range and our marketplace presence, and we need someone to own the Amazon channel with the same rigour and ambition that the Founders have employed to build the brand into what it has become. We have built a brand that wins awards and earns serious customer loyalty. Our founders have driven Amazon growth since launch. What we need now is a sharp, commercially-driven operator to take the Amazon channel to the next level, building and managing a high-performing team, owning the P&L, and ensuring that every product we bring to market lands on Amazon with the strategy, structure, and launch execution it deserves. The Opportunity We are about to significantly accelerate our ability to launch new product ranges, and the business is investing in the infrastructure, the team, and the tooling to support a step-change in scale over the next three years. The Amazon & Marketplace role was created for this precise moment. You will be a part of our Senior Leadership Team, working closely with our Marketing, Inventory, Finance, and Product teams, ensuring that Amazon is part of a greater flywheel that propels Scriveiner to huge and consistent growth over the years to come. You will own the Amazon P&L and set channel strategy across global marketplaces including US, UK, and EU. You will report directly to the CEO and have the decision rights and budget authority to run this channel the way it should be run. As well as being able to see and manage the big picture, you will also need to understand and be able to step in at a tactical level when needed. For example, we will expect you to learn how to manage and run PPC to our own strategy. Only then will you be able to effectively hire and manage someone to take over this role, and ensure that things are done in the Scriveiner style. What You Will Own Channel Strategy & P&L Ownership P&L accountability. Own Amazon CM3 across all active global marketplaces. You are responsible for revenue, margin, advertising efficiency, and cost control. Channel strategy. Set the long-term vision for how Scriveiner competes on Amazon. We will expect you to first, learn our strategy, then lay out how you are going to improve upon it. Business reporting. Measure what needs to be measured, report to the CEO on all key metrics, use the data to continually improve. Amazon Account Management Own the day-to-day management of the Scriveiner Amazon account across all active marketplaces. Monitor account health, resolve listing issues and suppression events promptly, and maintain compliance with Amazon's policies. Liaise with the Inventory Management team to ensure stock levels are accurately reflected on Amazon and replenishment needs are flagged proactively. Maintain and improve product listings titles, bullet points, A+ content, imagery, and Brand Store to maximise conversion, search ranking, and brand presentation. Monitor and protect Buy Box performance, including price scraping risks across channels. Track and report on key Amazon metrics weekly: sales, rank, TACoS, sessions, conversion rates. PPC Take full ownership of all Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You will learn to manage PPC to our strategy first. You will then hire a specialist to fulfil this function. Manage TACoS performance in line with the company's expectations. Conduct regular search term analysis, negative keyword management, and competitor monitoring. Work with the business on internal PPC tooling currently in development, bringing a clear point of view on the systems and processes the channel needs to scale. New Product Launches Own the Amazon launch strategy for all new products entering the catalogue - listing creation, stock requirements, initial ranking strategies, launch PPC architecture, and post-launch optimisation. Contribute to pricing strategy. Partner with the product , inventory and marketing teams to ensure new product strategies are aligned with Amazon's platform requirements, optimising offerings for visibility and conversion from day one. Team Leadership Initially you will manage an Amazon Listing Specialist. Once you have settled into the role we will expect you to oversee the hiring of a PPC specialist. You will be responsible for setting clear direction, maintaining high standards, and developing capability within each part of the Amazon team. Define KPIs for
