About Kalispell and the Flathead Valley:
Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
Minimum of one (1) of the following required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years' experience.
Minimum of six (6) years' experience in a related area.
Minimum of four (4) years' recent specialty experience in a minimum of one (1) of the identified specialty areas required:
Cardiology
Clinical
Endocrinology
Gastro
Oncology
Orthopedics
Pediatrics
Pulmonology
Surgery
Knowledge of professional practice standards and regulatory requirements as related to specialty care area required.
Knowledge and experience with electronic health records required.
Must function with a high degree of autonomy, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess the ability to develop and implement community education, outreach programs/workshops and seminars as defined for assigned specialty area required.
Possess ability to comprehensively assess patient's psychosocial status and demonstrate an understanding of the physiological disease practice as defined for assigned specialty area(s) required.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Primary Care teams and/or multidisciplinary care teams required.
