As a Paralegal in Legora's New York office, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global legal team. You will work closely with the Legal team to help ensure that legal processes, documentation, and internal workflows run smoothly and efficiently. This is a highly operational and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping things organized, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing legal documentation, coordinating signatures and filings, maintaining corporate records, supporting governance processes, and helping the team stay efficient across multiple jurisdictions and time zones. Legora's legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with particular focus on product development, operations, and commercial initiatives.
