Responsibilities
- Line Management & Team Development

- Local Thought Leadership & Growth
- Enhance the local Insight BM solution through innovation to maximize delivery efficiency and relevance.
- Support local sales initiatives by positioning the service and solution effectively to potential clients.
- Drive financial sustainability by identifying upsell opportunities and optimizing local resources.
- Success Metrics / KPIs
- SLA Adherence: On-time delivery of reports and consolidations.
- Data Quality: Reduction in mapping errors and rework rates.
- Team Stability: High retention rates and successful analyst progression.
- Regional Alignment: Full adoption rate of regional SOPs and tools.
- Financial Contribution: Successful support of local commercial targets.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 5-8 years in accounting, audit, or financial reporting with proven leadership experience.
- Technical: Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tool familiarity (e.g. PowerBI).
- Languages: Fluent English
- Travel: Availability for limited travel within neighboring countries if required
