Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, Sports Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience creating engaging digital and social media content, including graphic design, photography, and video production/editing.
Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts with measurable audience engagement growth and/or demonstrated campaign performance.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
Experience working directly with women's basketball or another NCAA Division I athletic program.
Experience creating recruiting-focused creative content and social media campaigns.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content performance reporting.
Experience coordinating community engagement initiatives and brand activation efforts.
Photography and videography experience in live-event athletic settings.
Proficiency with industry-standard creative software platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
