Provide support services such as mentoring, emotional support, life skills training, and personal care to clients. Complete timely and accurate documentation as per Health System/affiliate policy. Interact with clients in a positive and supporting manner. Coordinate with the appropriate clinical staff to facilitate the treatment plan outlined for the client.
