POSITION OVERVIEW: Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as Foreman in the Construction department . The Construction Foreman is responsible for leading field crews in the efficient, high-quality‑ completion of landscape construction projects. This role ensures that all work is performed according to plans, safety standards, and company expectations, while fostering a positive, productive team environment. The Foreman serves as the primary on‑site leader, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to deliver exceptional project results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and supervise crews to ensure high quality, efficient completion of daily landscape construction or maintenance tasks. Interpret plans and project specifications to guide accurate installation of hardscapes, softscapes, and site features. Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily work schedules to keep projects on track. Enforce safety standards, conduct daily safety checks, and maintain a clean, organized job site. Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and crew members regarding progress, challenges, and job‑site needs. Train, mentor, and support new team members. Promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism in the field.
