1+ year of clinical experience (ER or specialty preferred, but not required)
Familiarity with preventative care, surgical procedures, and hospital flow
Confidence in advanced skills (e.g., central lines, NG tubes, CRI calculations)- or a strong desire to learn!
Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback to maintain efficiency and patient safety.
A self-starter mindset with motivation to expand knowledge, pursue specialization, or step into leadership.

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hr+ depending on level of experience. We offer shift differential for nights and weekends.

In this role, you will provide hands-on emergency and critical care, including:
Triage and prioritize incoming patients
Place IV catheters, central lines, NG tubes, and nasal cannulas; perform blood draws and transfusions
Assist with radiographs, barium studies, and ultrasound-guided procedures
Provide intensive care for ICU patients, including chest tube maintenance and critical patient support
Bandage, splint, and assist in surgery
Prepare and interpret fecals, blood smears, and cytologies
Mentor and train less experienced staff
Partner with DVMs to provide patient care, comfort, and client education

Required Qualifications
Current CVT ( or eligible for certification ).

Experience in anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
