Established experience in paid social / performance media
Strong hands-on experience across Meta + other key social platforms
Exposure to eCommerce / retail environments preferred
Confident in optimisation, testing & performance storytelling
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones
Experience with Smartly or similar tools a bonus
