Utilize systems, documents, and tools to provide compliance support for centralized business function processes
Manage compliance and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Anticipate and respond to unexpected occurrences and business needs.
Identify and appropriately escalate potential compliance risks, and recommend practical solutions and implementation plans.
Work in a highly team-based, cross-functional team environment for daily activities/decision-making, and provide input to develop/shape quality system and corporate policy.
With limited oversight, manage several tasks simultaneously and adjust rapidly to significant changes in direction and environment with minimal impact on productivity.
Provide input to regulatory and compliance requirements/expectations
May supervise contract personnel.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree (scientific field preferred)
Typically 7 (Bachelor's), or 5 (Master's) years related industry (i.e. GxP) experience.
Experience working in a R&D environment preferred.
Working knowledge of GxP drug development/medical device processes.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate in a clear and persuasive manner; proficient in business/technical communications
Good organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail.
Demonstrates customer-oriented behavior and works well in a fast-paced global team environment.
Experience working with a variety of disciplines and global teams in fast-paced environments.
Exhibits problem-solving and analytical skills.
