We are seeking a project management professional to manage operational aspects of Deployment Services projects, including customer and supplier meetings.
A qualified candidate is expected to be a self-starter and have advanced problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Position Summary
The Deployment Specialist oversees customer deployment projects from initiation through closure, ensuring that complex installation, de‑installation, site preparation and branding activities meet customer expectations and contractual requirements. This role leads meetings, gathering critical information from customers and internal teams, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and provides clear direction to all project stakeholders. The Deployment Specialist ensures that every deployment event is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to operational standards.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Project Leadership & Coordination
Manage deployment projects from initiation through closure.
Lead meetings and conduct information‑gathering sessions with clients and internal resources.
Define and document the scope of work, aligning tasks and responsibilities with project stakeholders.
Coordinate installations, de‑installations, branding, and other deployment activities.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects.
Provide timely project updates, escalate risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Build effective communication channels with customers, field operations, and internal teams.
Operational Execution
Oversee scheduling, task assignment, and EPM (or similar) system requirements.
Ensure all deployment activities meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations.
Support high‑profile or large‑scale rollout operations.
Process & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with deployment procedures, timelines, and SOW requirements.
Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with their qualifications, as directed by the Employer.
