This role supports the Internal Communications team for the Americas by creating and coordinating content for internal communication channels, with a strong focus on employee engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop content for internal communication channels, including emails, intranet articles, events, and other digital campaigns.
Assist in drafting content for internal emails and intranet posts, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Create and update presentations with clear messaging and strong visual structure.
Support and coordinate content and creative needs for internal events, initiatives and campaigns.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand messaging goals, audiences and timelines.
Ensure consistent tone, messaging and visual identity across all communication channels, aligned to TransUnion's brand guidelines.
Stay informed about internal communication best practices, channels strategies and content trends.
Required Technical Skills
Presentation creation using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Familiarity with developing assets, such as banners and basic visuals, for digital communication channels (emails, intranet and internal events).
Comfort working with modern internal platforms and content tools.

Required Knowledge and Experiences
Currently enrolled for final years of a university program related to Communications, Public Relations, Digital Communication, Visual Communication or a related field.
Interest in internal communications, storytelling and digital content creation.
Foundational understanding of visual communication principles such as layout, typography and basic composition.
Experience creating campaigns/content through academic projects, personal initiatives or internships.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for internal audiences.
Ability to receive feedback and iterate on both written and visual deliverables.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requests.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
We're also looking for interest or exposure to the following areas and we're happy to support learning and development:
Basic knowledge of creative and visual tools, such as PowerPoint, Canva, etc. for the development of visual and creative assets that support internal messaging, i.e., email banners, social media images, digital invitations, etc.
Exposure to the use of AI tools in developing content, brainstorming ideas or improving outputs.
