Day-to-day, you will be focused on: CRO & Experimentation - using the VWO platform to run A/B tests and experiments that boost conversions and turn ideas into working solutions, ensuring data quality and build prototypes based on results and feedback. Front End Development & UX implementation - building dynamic, interactive websites that work perfectly across all devices and browsers, turning Figma designs into pixel -perfect web pages, creating and maintaining design systems - whilst ensuring standards and brand consistency across all Access platforms. Performance & Quality - optimizing website performance by focusing on page speed, Core Web vitals and creating smooth animations that enhance user experience - whilst maintaining high code quality, through testing, code reviews and ensuring everything works perfectly across all browsers, devices and tools. Integration & Collaboration - integrating tracking and analytics whilst ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance, working with APIs to create dynamic, data-driven applications - collaborating effectively with QA engineers, external agencies, and cross-functional teams, including Design, UX, and Back-end developers to deliver projects on time.
