Responsibilities
- Clinical Responsibilities Include:
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
- Work in person at our Bryn Mawr, PA location from 12:30-8:30 PM with a flexible one-day option to work from home.
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery
- Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
- Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another.
- Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
- Other duties as assigned.

- Compensation & Schedule
- Salary : up to $100,000 annually.
- Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.
- Total Compensation: With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.
