Interior Designer / Interior Architect

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be involved in the full spectrum of the design process, from conceptualization to on-site execution. Your day-to-day will include:
• Concept & Development: Crafting interior concepts, spatial narratives, space planning, layouts, and design development.
• Curation & Presentation: Developing mood boards, material palettes, presentation decks, and selecting furniture, lighting, and materials.
• Technical & Documentation: Producing technical drawings, detailing, and comprehensive documentation.
• 3D Modeling: Managing 3D modeling, visualization, and design communication.
• Site Management: Conducting site reviews, managing material samples, and overseeing project implementation.
• Project Coordination: Coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Job Requirements
• Education: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Visualization Bonus: Experience with Revit, Enscape, V-Ray, or other visualization tools is a strong bonus.
• Industry Knowledge: A good, practical understanding of materials, detailing, and construction.
• Soft Skills: Clear communication skills and a strong, well-curated portfolio.
