Job Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end consumer electronics product development, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver quality, compliant, cost-effective launches on schedule. Drive planning, execution, documentation, and continuous improvement across hardware, software, packaging, testing, and supply chain. Planning, overseeing and leading new product development (consumer electronics - computer & mobile accessories) delivered on time to the agreed quality standard and cost Responsible for the entire product development cycle, until it reaches the market, including hardware development, software development, packing design, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain Leading project planning sessions, managing project progress and adapt work as required Ensuring projects meet deadlines, overseeing cost & all incoming and outgoing project documentation Conducting project review, optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Pre-Requisites : Diploma/Degree in Engineering or other related discipline Minimum 8 years project management experience in project manager, product development or engineering Experience within the consumer electronics industry would be advantageous Experience in working with manufactures, supplier and external resources to achieve project goals Self-starter who has shown track records in delivering phenomenal products to the market Experience and good knowledge in hardware development, packing design, software development, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain is an advantage Able to work in a fast paced environment independently and as a team Willing to travel for business Preferably with related experience in consumer electronics industry Requires Mandarin language proficiency for business communication and PMP certification is an advantage Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
