Provide day-to-day leadership for outpatient oncology teams
Support Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Palliative Care services
Partner closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to support coordinated cancer care
Promote a high-quality patient experience across the care continuum
Support staffing, workflow, and operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development
Help foster a supportive, collaborative, and engaged team culture
Participate in planning and operational decision-making for outpatient oncology services
What You Bring
Current RN licensure in the state of Montana or ability to obtain
Minimum of on (1) year leadership experience in oncology, infusion, ambulatory care, or related specialty nursing.
Oncology experience is strongly preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting required.
Strong ability to lead teams in a fast-paced clinical environment
Experience collaborating across disciplines including physicians and advanced practice providers
A patient-first leadership style with a focus on quality and team development
Confidence balancing operational priorities with clinical excellence

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Day shift
