Provide hands-on counsel to all levels of the organization. Responsible for identifying and analyzing legal issues, drafting commercial documents, presenting clear recommendations, and ensuring legal compliance
Structuring, negotiating, drafting, and closing a wide variety of complex agreements with customers and vendors alike, including technology contracts, equipment purchases, services agreements, sales agreements, and the like
Responding promptly to legal requests from client groups and delivering timely, pragmatic, and business-focused legal advice to clients
Working cross-functionally with sales, finance, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to move the business forward
Establishing trusted advisor relationships with the business
Proactively searching for ways to improve legal services to improve business

Requirements
JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in Georgia
Experience practicing corporate/transactional law, preferably in both firm and in-house settings
