Responsibilities

  • Present insights, recommendations, and product updates to stakeholders
  • Develop product documentation, training materials, and internal communications
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on coverage intent and product design

Requirements

  • ~8-12 years in underwriting, product development, or commercial P&C coverage
  • Experience developing products, forms, or pricing approaches
  • Familiarity with regulatory filings and compliance processes
  • Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence skills
  • Experience influencing product strategy or portfolio performance is a plus
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field
  • CPCU, ARM, AU, or similar designations are a plus
  • Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong commercial P&C underwriting and coverage knowledge
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear communication and ability to influence across teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Tableau or Power BI experience is a plus
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $205,000 , depending on experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for a performance bonus and equity.
