Specialized Experience: One year of specialized which includes: Planning, coordinating, directing, and monitoring communications and engagement efforts; Coordinating, directing, and monitoring communications, planning and project management using a project management information system; Collaborating with stakeholders and internal customers to formulate communications/outreach strategies for campaigns, programs or events/observances: Analyzing and evaluating communication operations, campaigns, or strategies to determine the effectiveness of planning and make recommendations for improvement. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service, GS-11. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
