Minimum of 5 years in semiconductor industry program management or related role

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
160,100 - 236,990, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

What You Can Expect
Marvell is seeking an individual with experience in cross-functional technical leadership to join the IP Program Management (PM) team to drive the complete IP solution per Marvell CCS product. You will work across functional teams to define, identify, deliver, and manage IP solutions for Marvell's most complex chips.
In this role you will work with internal and external IP suppliers on roadmaps, costs, schedule, quality, and strategic factors in support of IP sourcing decisions. The IP PM team proactively identifies issues with proposed IP that could impact the overall chip sizing or execution all the way through mass production. The IP PM role will interface both internally and externally at multiple seniority levels. To be successful in this role you will be able to promote clear documentation, good organization, and data-based decision making across the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide end-to-end project management for IP on custom processors
Align IP needs of the Business Unit with current & future IP offerings from internal and external sources. Includes collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as data and/or models to drive the decision making process
Facilitate on-time licensing and acquisition of IPs and associated collateral
Confirm that IP validation plans & reports comply with qualification and customer requirements
Drive IP portion of all reviews and checkpoints to ensure IP quality and delivery during product lifecycle process
Drive IP issue analysis and resolution.
Conduct quality-related initiatives with respect to IP, including continuous improvement projects
