As a Healthcare Technical Associate with our IT Strategy & Operations team, you will provide project and administrative support to a team of technical and project management consultants including meeting coordination, documentation and status reporting.
You will collaborate with project team members to critically think and solve problems by executing on the implementation of effective processes and strategies for clients. You will work across a wide range of clients and projects which vary in length and size.
As the Healthcare Technical Project Management Sr. Associate, you will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams assisting with project planning and scheduling, identifying risks and solutions and maintaining project documentation
Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback and provide ongoing support throughout project delivery
Conduct research, data analysis and workflow reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop high-quality deliverables including presentations, reports, and documentation to support client decision making
Collaborating with internal team members during the project, including project collaboration tools, presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project planning
Attend regular client meetings to identify and analyze key metrics for both internal and client leadership team
