Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or life sciences field or Mechanical engineering or Certified clinical specialist with B.A.
5+ years of experience in medical device
Experience in conducting in-vivo and in-vitro studies
Wide k nowledge and understanding of imaging modalities as CT, Fluoroscopy and echocardiography
Proficiency in English and Hebrew
Experience in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) - Advantage
Able to travel abroad (US and Europe) 20%

This role will sit within the Innovalve team, as part of Edwards' transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies (TMTT) product group. Innovalve Bio Medical Ltd. was acquired by Edwards in July 2024, enhancing the company's transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) technologies to address large unmet structural heart patient needs and support sustainable long-term growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative delivery systems that will revolutionize the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
How you will make an impact:
Lead and execute pre-clinical activities for Innovalve TMVR systems, including simulated-use, design validation, and human factors evaluations
Develop and refine procedural techniques and device handling methods to improve ease of use, safety, and clinical outcomes
Participate in Innovalve clinical trials worldwide, assist physicians during procedure, device preparation, and provide your expertise during cases to improve patient outcome and device success.
Support in the design and development of the product, through experience gained in clinical and pre-clinical trials, empowering device performance.
Collaborating with Health care provider (HCPs) & Key opinion leaders (KOLs) in developing new SHD devices and procedures
Collaborating with imaging companies to develop and accommodate device
and procedure requirements in structural heart field to enhance current and future products performance
