- Maintain HR SOPs, templates, and workflows.
- Support cross-functional HR initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Requirements
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Multiple years of human resource experience preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Operations role with exposure to employee lifecycle administration.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, performance cycles, or engagement initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and comfort working in HR systems (Paylocity or similar preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with employees, managers, and senior HR leaders.
