Group Director Identity and Mission

Responsibilities

• Lead mission integration and formation across the organisation, embedding Cabrini's values and ethic of care in strategy, culture, and care delivery
• Partner with the CEO, Board, and Executive to strengthen organisational identity and reinforce ethical integrity
• Support considered discernment and ethical decision‑making in organisational and clinical contexts
• Represent Cabrini within the broader Catholic community
• Ensure accessible, high-quality pastoral, spiritual and bereavement support for patients, clients, families, and staff of all faiths and no faith
