Additional Information
Provide administrative support for procurement-related activities in both Workday and GeBIZ, including: Publishing and awarding ITQs, ITTs, and RFQs, and liaising with the GeBIZ helpdesk to resolve system issues Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) in GeBIZ, as well as managing PO variations and updating Workday worktags Creating, closing, and terminating POs in a timely and accurate manner Guiding Goods Receipt Officers (GROs) on proper and prompt goods receipt processes in Workday Addressing general staff queries related to Workday and GeBIZ systems Assisting requestors in resolving issues with Vital (outsourced vendor) for Period Contract PO creation Support additional administrative or procurement-related tasks as assigned
