Design and develop comprehensive collaboration solutions including Unified Communications (UC), contact center, WebEx, and cloud-based communication platforms
Create detailed technical architectures, network diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM) aligned with customer requirements and NTT DATA standards
Conduct solution design workshops and technical presentations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Perform customer environment assessments, including network analysis, infrastructure review, and technical gap identification
Develop proposal documentation including solution overview, architecture diagrams, implementation approach, and cost estimates
Support sales cycles by responding to RFPs, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical validation
Collaborate with technical teams to refine solutions, ensure feasibility, and establish implementation roadmaps
Advise on vendor selection, competitive positioning, and technology migration strategies for communication systems
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular engagement, technical consultations, and follow-up support
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in unified communications, collaboration platforms, or network architecture
5+ years of presales, solutions architecture, or sales engineering experience
Deep technical knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), voice gateways, contact center platforms, or equivalent technologies
Experience with cloud-based collaboration solutions (WebEx, Teams, Zoom integration, etc.)
Strong understanding of network architecture, infrastructure design, and IT operations
Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to develop detailed technical proposals and solution architectures
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
Requirements
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCNP-Collaboration, CCIE-Collaboration, or related)
Experience with contact center solutions (UCCX, CX One, or similar)
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and hybrid deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with network monitoring and management tools (SolarWinds, Calabrio, NICE, etc.)
Experience with IoT and Smart Office solutions integration
Success in enterprise customer environments with complex technical requirements
Fluency in Thai and English (preferred but not required)
