We are currently seeking an Engineering manager to run a group of dedicated engineers and guide them to success in support of Alternative Investments capability, delivering products that bring value to the organization. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Strong people leadership skills with experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams Proven ability to translate business strategy into clear engineering roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans Demonstrated leadership of teams or large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives Track record of delivering complex technology solutions with strong focus on quality, reliability, and outcomes Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Product, Business, and Technology functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence Solid background in technology and understanding how it can be used to help our customers. Ability to build an inclusive, collaborative, and high-engagement team culture How Your Work Impacts the Organization The position aligns to the Fidelity Fund Investment Operation FFIO Technology organization which provides worldwide technology and support to the Investment Management, Research, Trading and Investment Operations functions. In this role, you will ensure the best talent is championed and the adequate engineering standard methodologies are put in place to guarantee the quality of the products delivered.
