Senior Product Manager, Accounting

The Fintech Product Management team sits at the center of this transformation, where operational innovation meets critical corporate functions across Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Tax. We partner across the FLAT organization to build solutions ranging from custom AI-powered tools to integrations with leading SaaS platforms. Our work helps Zillow scale efficiently, reduce risk, and modernize legacy systems through thoughtful product development. We're looking for a strategic, execution-focused Fintech Product Leader to drive the vision and roadmap for Accounting systems at Zillow. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Accounting, SOX, Financial Reporting, and Technical Accounting to identify complex problems and deliver scalable, automated solutions. This includes work such as enhancing revenue recognition workflows, improving audit and compliance processes, and enabling AI-assisted accounting operations. You will help shape a more unified and simplified systems landscape while advancing automation and AI from early concept through production-ready deployment. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, business, and risk partners to define requirements, evaluate outcomes, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of a highly controlled environment. Your work will help Zillow launch new offerings faster with stronger financial systems and operational scale.
