We are seeking a Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement. The Basics Location: Chandler, AZ Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM-10:00 PM Saturday-Tuesday | 8:00 AM-6:30 PM Please note that shift availability may change during the interview process. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay Shift Differential: 5% shift differential available for the 1:30 PM-10:00 PM shift Benefits: Eligible How You'll Make an Impact Verify package contents to ensure prescription information, shipping labels, and customer details are accurate before packaging and shipment Inspect incoming packages, verify packing lists, and distribute materials to the appropriate departments Track missing or delayed shipments and assist with resolving shipping issues Maintain inventory levels and stock daily shipping department supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting additional operational needs as assigned
