About the role
We're looking for experience Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leaders to own high-impact commercial initiatives from strategy through execution. What You'll Need to Succeed 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics, revenue management, consulting, or related data-driven roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable turning ambiguity into clear frameworks and action plans. Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar BI/analytics tools; proven ability to translate data into commercial recommendations. Practical experience with experimentation, measurement, and performance optimization. Strong business acumen: P&L drivers, unit economics, growth levers, and ROI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional audiences. High ownership and execution discipline in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience. It's Great if You Have Experience in a high-growth digital business (e-commerce, travel, tech, fintech) or an analytically rigorous environment such as management consulting or internal strategy.
