You will achieve benchmark kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as ensuring sanitisation processes remain at a high standard. You will also ensure correct and efficient delivery of patient food carts and some minor food preparation will be required.
General cleaning of the kitchen and fridges, floor, ceiling etc.
Deliver meal trolleys to the wards and external sites - morning or afternoon
Thoroughly clean fix-based equipment
Clean equipment and utensils
Clean external food service trolleys and trays
Carry out food safety monitoring procedures
Classifications for this position will range from IN13 - IN14 ($49,145 - $53,508 per annum pro rata).
Your Contribution
Current food handlers certificate (HLTFSE001) required
Organisational skills
Experience in high volume food service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
