Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from drafting employment contracts and offer letters to managing the offboarding process.
Oversee the onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Act as the main point of contact for our payroll provider, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all countries within the scope.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Employee & Labor Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on daily HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
Manage collective relations with the Works Council (or equivalent social bodies), including preparing meetings, facilitating communication, and participating in the negotiation of collective agreements.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across all countries in the region.
Talent Management & Development
Partner with managers to identify training needs and deploy the annual training plan.
Facilitate development discussions with managers and employees to support career growth and performance.
Actively participate in the recruitment process, interviewing candidates, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
HR Projects & Communication
Lead or contribute to various HR projects, such as the implementation of new HR processes, tools, or benefits programs.
Develop and share diverse communications to effectively inform employees about HR initiatives, policy updates, and company news.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

The position is a maternity cover until end of February.
