About the role

You will serve as a OPERATION RESEARCH ANALYST in the DEPERATMENT OF NAVY NAVAL EDUCATION & TRAINING COMMAND of NVRECRUITNGCMD. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying advanced analytical, mathematical, or statistical theories, principles, concepts, methods, and techniques related to statistical analysis, computer modeling, decision theory, mathematical programming, and economic analysis sufficient to serve as an authority in an organization responsible for developing analytical models and methods; Designing and developing the most appropriate techniques to solve problems, enhance performance, or increase efficiency and effectiveness; and Developing cost, schedule, and resource estimates for studies and analyses, and identify the required information or equipment necessary to complete comprehensive mission analysis in maritime and Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) operations.
